Cygnet, Fat White Duke,
These are great, I would have to say Rainbow show maybe 10/10 IMHO

I have three tracks missing according to the track listing, Tonight, Some wierd sin and China girl, is it my download or are there just 12 tracks?
Either way- fantastic.

Excellent! Been wondering when some of these were going to surface! Many, many thanks for sharing Cygnet & FWD!

Have to agree with Strangespoke when he says tht the Rainbow quality is 10/10. So what did happen to the 'missing' tracks or is the tray wrong?!

Thank you so much for sharing your archival prodigy of the illustrious Bowie. It is "Amazing".

Unfortunately, the unconfirmed Bowie/Eno stuff is a fraud.

I recognize the unconfirmed Bowie/Eno tracks completely -they are already published on albums. 2 of the tracks with the birds and crickets are from Brian Eno's Ambient 4: On Land, track 7. A Clearing, with abundant tape hiss and eq added for some reason, the second track is the first merely sped up. Eno is the sole author. One piece I don't recognize yet but it clearly Eno's as well, in his ambient style from the same period. I seriously doubt there is one bit of Bowie on it.

Another unconfirmed tune isn't from Eno and Bowie at all. It is from David Byrne's album The Catherine Wheel. I don't have the name of the track on hand -but it is certainly on that album and it is exactly the same as released.

It might have been co-written with Eno but there is not one smidgen of our Hero. It is clearly one of Byrne's tunes that somebody doused in cavernous reverb.

Thanks "Anon" for that information. Clears up a bit more for us. Bit the same as "The Konrads" tape that is doing the rounds, no Bowie on that either.
Thanks for your contribution :)
Thank you.
