I came across this blog by chance. I thought I'd got most of the decent Bowie boots from the 74 - 78period. Clearly I was wrong! This blog is a (velvet) Goldmine of cracking Bowie boots.
Apart from the incredible choice of material, your rating system helps me to pick and chose from the good, the bad (and the ugly?).
I saw from your previous postings that you've not been in the best of health. I hope that it's all in the past and you are on the mend.

I remember being driven past the Michigan Palace (Theater) and seeing its somewhat decrepit marquee promoting the 1975 appearances. The place is a parking garage now. We were on our way to a comic book convention.
